‘Royal Kilometres’, a walking and cycling tour, will acquaint you with many royal sites in The Hague and Wassenaar. The walk takes you past the Knights’ Hall, the gardens of Palace Noordeinde, and the former Palace Lange Voorhout. A 10km walk through the dunes past the ‘Jutterskeet Ome Jan’ beach museum and the ‘De Berenkuil’ sand playground. Starts at Biesieklette Kijkduin.

A 2 - 4 km walk which takes you aroungd the Clingendal Estate. Lawns, trees and the Estate house may be viewed. Follow the red or yellow walking routes. The entrance is on the Wassenaarseweg.

A butterfly garden in the Reigersbergen, located on the meadow's edge by the allotments. It has been created and maintained by volunteers. A wide variety of butterflys can be spotted.
